6. Privacy Policy
6.1 What We Collect. We collect the information you provide when you register (such as your name, email, and profile details), plus technical data needed to operate the Services. AI provider API keys you choose to connect are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage and are never exposed to other users.
6.2 Generated Content. Generated roadmaps, project ideas, and application guides are produced on your device and saved to your account so you can return to them. Roadmaps you generate locally with Gemma or Ollama never leave your device. Content generated with a cloud engine (OpenRouter or your own endpoint) is sent to that provider to be processed under their terms.
6.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Services and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
6.4 Data Protection. The Services run on Firebase, which applies industry-standard security controls. We cannot guarantee complete security, and you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
7. Cowrie Tokens and Payments
7.1 Cowrie Tokens. Hello World uses Cowrie tokens (๐) as an in-app credit. Generated content costs 25 ๐ per job, paid once per job, with free regenerations thereafter. New users may receive a starter allocation (such as 300 ๐) to begin using the Services.
7.2 No Real-World Value. Cowrie tokens are not legal tender, are not a financial instrument, and are not redeemable for cash. They are an in-platform credit that may be spent on generation or transferred to other registered users.
7.3 Peer-to-Peer Transfers. Users may send Cowries to other registered users. Payments and transfers are settled in-app and are final. We are not responsible for losses resulting from transfers made to the wrong recipient.
7.4 Administration. Admins and moderators may be granted free access to generation features for the operation and testing of the Services.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
8.1 "As Is" and "As Available" Basis. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
